Occlusion - A dermatological technique used to increase the effectiveness of a topically applied substance or treatment, such as topical steroids or phototherapy.
Ointment - A dermatological vehicle for a highly viscous or semisolid substance used on the skins surface as a lubricant or medicament.
Onycholysis - In severe cases of nail psoriasis, the detachment or loosening of the nail plate from the nail bed.
Oral - Relating to the mouth, an oral medication that is taken by mouth.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) - A medication that can be sold or purchased without a doctors prescription.
